It makes sense if the only one walking at the end is the anonymous, hinting that you don't know where hatty is, probably he woke up somewhere else or before you and he went to explore before, so he discovered his hat or something along the lines.

I actually think that^ is what happened in the video, but since there where 2 players, the game makes a random second player and you go find hatty.

And i don't know if that should be final, i am pretty sure they can polish it even more, if it's final it is epic anyway but there is always room for improvement.

And my fav. part is the best friend part, made me laugh a lot.
