I'd assume that he printed them out and made them. Not made the actual design.These aren't new, nor are they your work. You won't make it far trying to pass other people's work off as your own.

Maybe so we can try them out, and he didn't just happen to take pictures of every one he made?Why would they post the cut-out templates and not the finished products?I'd assume that he printed them out and made them.
