I need to know if there are any issues with online play. I was trying to play with two friends and I created a private match and when I started the game, the next prompt stated that the game was no longer available! It's pretty annoying. We tried this multiple times. My friend was able to randomly play an online game, but I didn't try. My friend tried creating a private match as well, but no luck.

its probably somthing wrong with you or your friends connection. I dont ever have connection issues .

It's a connection issue. Castle Crashers doesn't have servers, so you connect fro xbox to xbox. If one person has a bad connection it often kills the game.

When I was playing today I wanted to delete a single characters data. Since I was rushing I deleted my whole account, I think there should be a different way to delete your whole account then right beside the delete a single character. Or there should be a way to get it back.

Could be you or your friends connection, the best thing to do is to restart your connection and let one of your friends to host the game

Few problems...
Nats: open nat connects to most everything
moderate isnt good
and closed is bad.. connections which are open can go moderate if people share the internet connection ie multiple xboxes or computers etc using the wifi signal..
Also alot of people quit the second the game is about to start cause they are waiting for certain people..
If the game lags out mid game then something is wrong with the connection of the host.. ie: their upload ratio and download etc..
This game is horrible for online playing with players overseas most times.
Anyhow open your nat and get everyone else to and it might solve it
Other then that dont play with randoms cause they do weird things like quiting for no reason or when the game starts
