Underrated Cartoons Thread : "Let's Watch This Instead" Edition

We're talking about a very limited number of shows there. You might be bored with watching them being re-aired, referenced everywhere, or just plain being talked about all the time you damn hipster .
This thread is not about them. Post about your underrated shows from whatever era you want (but mostly 2000's). I trust you guys on this one, dig up some good stuff for everyone alright?
Okay let's get the ball rolling then!
Watch my chops. Also known as Corneil & Bernie in some countries. This one didn't air for long in the UK and US. It's still around occasionally in France. It's about a dogsitter and his dog, who can, wait for it...
Speak. How original. While the setting for this one is really generic, it more than makes up for it with pretty original writing in some episodes (though it did have a few bad episodes), and the effort animation with all this pop art going on is just overwhelming. You should get some of that, really.
Alright now your turn

"Let's Watch This Instead"

Well, being that I've grown up in a city populated mostly by bros and old people, it's hard for me to tell what's underrated and what's not, in some cases. Many of my classmates had stopped watching cartoons by the time 5th grade ended, because they were too cool for them. Just to give you some perspective, in my 250-student graduating class, only me and one other person had ever played Twilight Princess.
So... forgive me if any of these weren't underrated.

-Jackie chan
-Kung fu
-Asia (a LOT of it)
-Adventure.
It also had
-Talismans
-Section 13
-The black hand
-More kung fu.
All in all a neat little show. Although it did kind of just vanish at some point. d recommend season 1 to anyone. The others, I didn't get to see them, I guess they're fine too.
As for these other 2 shows, I'll look them up, thanks!

yes
Been catching some Hey Arnold! again on Netflix. It's wierd, I feel I like it even more being older and seeing the lessons it taught you without them feeling preachy and the show actually being entertaining.
Maybe a bit too old to be relevant in this thread though.

Hey Arnold may be old, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't underrated. It did get its own movie, after all. I don't think Flapjack is underrated either, but I could be wrong.
Both are still fantastic shows, though.

Fanbase wise, it did okay. A fansite for the show was actually the first fourms I decided to join, but there weren't many people. YouTube has a lot of haters too, but they're mostly nostalgic tards on there who diss anything from 2000's up.
Network wise, it was horribly underrated. They moved the series finale to a different night, unadvertised, so the only people who knew when it was going to be on were people who were subscribed to the creator of the show on Deviantart.

does that one cartoon about beavers qualify as underrated?
If you're talking about Angry Beavers, I'd assume so.

I mean a lot of people watched it back in the days but nobody really ever discussed it, and today it's just... kind of forgotten. But it was aired a lot, so I'm not sure what happenned.

I say Angry Beavers qualifies. It has been shoved into obscurity lately. And oldy, but a goody.

What about that one cartoon about that cat who's also a dog? Man I used to be all over that stuff when I was younger. I was never satisfied with their excuse for a digestive system, though.
Catdog? That should be the show you are mentioning.
(I've seen my fair share of underrated cartoons a long time ago.)

Rocko's Modern Life was quite possibly my favorite cartoon ever made, especially growing up.
Other shows I remember that nobody else seems to (sadly) include:
The Angry Beavers
Catdog
Aaahh!!! Real Monsters
KaBlam!
2 Stupid Dogs
Sheep in the Big City
Possibly too mainstream, but still awesome:
Samurai Jack
Johnny Bravo
Ed Edd & Eddy
Rocket Power
Static Shock
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Ren & Stimpy (Definitely the most violent cartoon growing up, along with Invader Zim)
Adult cartoons:
Mission Hill
Clerks: The Animated Series
Space Ghost Coast to Coast
Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law
I miss good T.V.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that one was underrated or not, so I put it in the "possibly too mainstream" section. I felt it needed to be mentioned since I loved the art style, humor, and the characters on the show (apparently based off real people) lived my dream life.Aw yeah, I loved the art style in rocket power, and what they did with the faces, especially surfshack tito's. But are you sure it qualifies as underrated? It was aired over a pretty long window of time and most people I asked can remember it.
EDIT: HOW did I not mention Kaput and Zösky?! Kappa Mikey was also a great show in my opinion; one giant parody of anime.

I'd say none of those are underrated, they're just old. Back in the day, if you were watching cartoons, you were watching those. I actually think this has turned from an underrated show thread, to a nostalgic cartoon thread.

I don't know much about Sheep in the Big City, but I'm pretty sure it just got randomly cut off the air and has never been spoken of again.
As for Clerks: The Animated Series, yes. You nailed it. That is literally one of the most underrated shows, EVER. The way it got cancelled after 6 episodes, and only aired two episodes before getting kicked off it's main network. I seriously don't see how anybody could not like that show. I don't like the humor in the movies, but the show is awesome.

Sheep in the Big City didn't have the ratings to last another season so it was cut after it got it's air time (same with "Whatever Happen to Robot Jones") And if you're honestly going to call me out on one show because I made a semi-blanket statement (one that although was a fallacy, I'll admit, was not inaccurate). At least do a better job or at least make it a productive statement. Trying to insult me through text sarcasm is very unnecessary.

Wait, sorry dude, I wasn't trying to be sarcastic at all. I didn't mean to refer the 'Clerks' part of the post towards you, it was in response to Revon. Sorry.

That's fine, I'm partially at fault too. Just quote what you were referring to in his text or put an @(username) next time

No apologies man, that was entirely my fault for being lazy.
Anywho, this comment is a bit topsy turvy, butttt season 2 of Superjail! was extremely underrated, fanbase wise. Superjail! is a show all about psychedelic violence, and in season 1, almost every episode ended with a major fight scene in which many prisoners got brutally murdered, and it's super entertaining to watch.
But then when season 2 came out, the writers of the show took a new direction and decided they wanted to focus more on writing and character development, and the violence was really toned down, thus leading to the show losing a lot of the fans.
I enjoy both seasons of the show. While i enjoy the fun violence of season 1, i like season 2 more just because it broke from the basic formula that season 1 always used. Not to mention season 2 ended on a MAJOR cliff hanger. The creator of the show said though that major violence is coming back in season 3.
Oh, and the show has godly animation, especially in season 2. Here's an example:
