Well, it seems like there's enough fans of the show on this website to warrant it's own thread.

To sum the show up; it's about two park workers who take a normal everyday task and about 7-8 minutes through the episode screw up royally which ends up summoning some sort of monster, or abnormal beast, or something in that sort of weird nature.

Lately I've noticed the show is really losing it's steam, and it's trying to focus too much on Mordecai and Margaret and all that jazz, which doesn't really appeal to me.

My favorite episode hands down has to be The Best Burger In The World.

To me, this is the only good cartoon that is still running. My two favorite episodes are Caffeinated Concert Tickets and A Bunch of Baby Ducks.

Regular Show is just so good. So many 80s references, so much under the radar (warning: TV Tropes).

This is one of the best cartoons I've ever seen. Some episodes are amazing, but others are meh.

Though I must say, my favorite moment is:

All Day, Every Day.

I never found Adventure Time to be any good, personally. It's just all over the place and has too much random in it. The people I knew who liked it were lame, too. Most of the people I know who enjoy the show are the kids who think everything related to drugs is cool and act like the show is just one big acid trip. But that's not necessarily the show's fault.

Adventure Time has really evolved over the 2 and a half-ish years it's been on the air it started off as a completely random show, and was extremely hilarious because of it, but it soon started changing it's humor, and now the humor isn't as in your face as it used to be, and now I find myself going through entire episodes without even smiling, but it's not really a bad thing, because the writing on the show is fantastic now as they're starting to create overarching storylines and the show has brilliant continuity.

Regular Show is amazing but as Zephyr said, some episodes can be meh. In fact, he gave it more credit than I would. Some episodes can be downright horrid to me.

And as I said before, the show seems to be headed on a downhill slope right now... I really hope they improve things soon.

This was a show that I dismissed at first. It wasn't until my friend mentioned it saying how it was starting to show more adult and/or older themes, etc. I began watching it and I did like it. It seemed like a new start to cartoons again. However time has not been good for this show. A lot of the more used jokes have gotten old and are no longer funny, like OP said, it's starting to get off general plot and focus more on individual character development (which is great in most cases, but usually not in a comedy imo), and a few other things that I won't rant about. Bottomline, is that I think I'm done with the show. It was cool while it lasted though.

Enough about my pessimistic opinion though

Do you guys like Jeff Bennett (Season one) or J.G. Quintel (guy who also does Mordecai) as High Five Ghost's voice actor?

SO I really hope I wasn't the only one who caught "Exit 9B" just now, which is easily the greatest episode the show has cranked out so far.

Oh but don't get me wrong I love the Regular show, but never forget yee old Adventure Time or Gravity Falls or Chowder (it has it's moments)

EDIT: sorry I missed some posts and I have to say, Adventure Time is not for kids Me and my brothers have loved this show since we first saw it and we still watch it.
