Possible Battleblock Theater Music?

We've all gazed in awe as Dan (?) designed, although not from scratch, what will soon (?) be part of our gaming history, and if we didn't gain much but hype from this, we did get to listen to something pretty interesting:
music starts 3:18
Now now, it IS arguable whether or not this is actually part of the Battleblock theater soundtrack. But hey, since the soundtrack's been kept under wraps and I have not heard this song anywhere before, my assumption senses have tingled and it was only a matter of time until I made a thread about this, being the low-life behemoth fanboy we all (more or less) are here.
If it IS part of the Battleblock theater soundtrack, I can only predict an incredible soundtrack for this game, possibly, at least in my taste, somewhat above Castle Crashers'.

Of course, that doesn't mean a whole lot, being that Castle Crashers used many songs from Newgrounds.
Some (if not all) of the songs that play in the Prisoner Spotlight videos seem to be songs from the actual game. If my memory serves me right, I do recognize some of those songs from the BBT arcade cabinets at the conventions. I've never heard either of the above songs, but of course, that's no indication of whether or not the second one will ultimately appear in BBT.

Nice find, sherlock. I should've looked for those on newgrounds to begin with. Pretty damn fancy. Especially that second one.
Man, there's only so many tracks you can choose from in all of that. I kind of really want to keep them for later to be surprised on release.

I hope that song is in the final release, but as I mentioned in the music submissions thread, I would love it if some of Waterflame's music got into this game, just like in Castle Crashers

The music, that has been bugging me a bit. I remember back when they were taking submissions, and they had a page with all the submitted tracks on it. I listened to quite a bunch and none of them even compared to Castle Crasher's quality, but again, that was just a handful of them, so I'm hoping there are some gems in the midst of all the tracks.

Are you talking about this? Because that wasn't The Behemoth, it was just an unofficial list by me of the songs people posted on the BBT Music Submissions Thread on Newgrounds. Any songs that were posted there, no matter how good or bad, were added to the list. All it took was for the author to post their song on the thread for it to be added to the list. The music that seems to have been added to BBT so far is a lot more not disappointing (appointing?) in comparison.I remember back when they were taking submissions, and they had a page with all the submitted tracks on it. I kinda wanted to get a little voting system going on that list, but it never really took off.

Man, that was long ago. It's nowhere as terrible as I remembered it to be, but it's still not on par with any of the submitted music.
Retrospectively I think this could be a really good music for a game...
That would take place inside of the bowels of a diseased duck.

Do you guys think that this means the game is going to be released soon or that it will be released later. They could have more time on their hands because the game is coming to an end or, they are so busy and know it wont come out for a while so they want to give the fans something.
What do you think?
I think you're over-analyzing this for what it truly is: Music in a video. Lol, just my opinion

THAT was it. Thanks for clearing that up. bit of a relief, actually.

You're going to make the wait a lot worse on yourself if you try over analyzing every little video or detail released about the game.

P.s. I played battle block theater at comic con, all I have to say is it has been well worth the wait

I ment to say it is not music the behemoth would use for a game, in my opinion

Alright guys, this has gone too far and we're getting off-topic.
(In other words, a joke told twice isn't funny. Let's move on.)

The guy that creates these masterpieces lives in Germany and is named Patric Catani. From my understanding he did a lot of the Battle Block Theater music.
I have been talking to him a lot and he said he will release his video game music soon. If you guys want to check him out he is on soundcloud
http://soundcloud.com/catani
he is also on itunes if you search his name, but no really his recent stuff.
He also has a website
http://patric-catani.com/
Check him out guys since he has done some of the music for BBT! (If not all of it)
