We always see zombies in some sort of sentient group where they all drive energy efficient cars and do business. They never try to infect, smash, pounce, wrap you with their tounges, or throw up on you.

Zombies wouldn't move in such a retarded pattern unless they were shot in the brain, and they would have to be VERY LUCKY to have it function at all. And if you say zombies are brainless, they're not, because you cannot move at all without a brain

If zombie cancer could do that much to a human, it would have to deteriate the brain to an extent.
Brain deteriation would lead to impaired movement, ect.
But, maybe under rare circumstances, the cancer would just jiggle and mix DNA in the brain and body, causing mutations.
(Thats how all those tanks, hunters, smokers, and that other zombie i cant think of came to be)

There's no such thing as zombie cancer, the cells are just reanimated. This being said, someone shot in the heart could not be a zombie, same with someone shot in the head.
