I want to get this game for 2 reasons

1.To play as the alien in CC
2.Because it was made by The Behemoth

But is it worth it? is it fun?

It's challenging, but it's really fun. Especially if you have someone you can play multiplayer with.

It's funny. I downloaded and tried the AH demo on XBLA when it first came out. It kicked my ass, and I never looked back at it after that, until now. After playing so much CC and getting newfound respect for the devs, I tried AH again, and this time I did so much better. Maybe CC is good practice for AH? I'm now considering buying it.

It is quite a challenge, much harder that Castle Crashers, but still a great game.

ITS GREAT! however it doesnt have great replay value, but it is worth 10 bux in my poinion, cause when you beat the game you will say it was worth the money, but ya, not much replay value. THUMBS UP, BUY IT!

I suggest it, I mean, if you like your ass getting kicked. ALOT.

You can also go into Help & Options > Player Options and change your difficulty. The game default starts you off at Medium, so if you just want to experience the game, give Easy a shot first.

Ok, so it CAN be easy as Castle Crashers, and it's cheaper too.

I only suggest it if you REALLY wanna play the first Behemoth game, as a hardcore fan.

Haha, no worries man. I bought the game a long time ago, did just like you and made it to I think 1-3, then quit. About 7 months later I came back to it and found the difficulty settings, then I played through the game and loved it. As you get more adjusted to the game on easy, medium because far simpler, though hard is still insane.

yeh i just bought this recently to and find it to be really fun but also hard. i didn't know you can change hardness but i got to 2-1 on my medium i'll try and beat it on medium =]

for some reason, i looked past the difficulty and realized, this is the best 800 points of ever spent good fun gameplay, resembles a lot to metal slug or contra, fun multiplayer, (if u have a friend on the couch) funny, great art, decent replay values, addictive PDA games, and u get a free character of alien hominid in castle crashers

I haven't found time to get it yet But I love it, I used to play it a lot on GameCube over my friends house.

I whole-heartedly disagree. If you tackled this on all difficulties, try and get all the achievements and play the PDA games and mini games, its still fresh enough to have another play through with a co-op buddy. Plus, you also get Alien Hominid for Castle Crashers.

Very, very, worth the money.

i dont get it??? everyone says this game is hard and you die all the time...i never die in the campain maybe im just different lol i like the PDA games the most,the starter pack is easy but i bought the hot new pack, and its hard.

i got all the achievements in the game game exept for 1, and thats WMD or whatever its called. that mini game thing is so dumb, i get so close to 5000 then some random thing kills me

It's a great game. I bought it back when it was $50 dollars for the gamecube. $10 is a bargain for alien hominid.
