Pretty much, this game is a Dungeon Crawler. (AKA Rougelike)
From the creators of Disgaea.

This game is said to have insane customization.
Customize every body part you have.

Have tank treads instead of feet.
Wear a prinny hat.
You'll have to wait and see.

Oh, and UNLIMITED LEVELING UP.

Nippon Ichi is a cool company.

Plus Japan still kinda loves the PSP.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 (Lol, many people got angry cuz this is a PSP exclusive.)
The 3rd Birthday (What is this? To Wikipedia!)
Phantasy Star Portable 2 (I heard they're just adding new stuff, and not fixing old stuff.)
Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! 2
Hexyz Force
Metal Slug XX (I played this. It's not really that much better than 7)
Disgaea Infinite (Visual Novel. Think Phoenix Wright)

Ys Oath in Felghana

Unless the CFW 5.50 GEN works for 5.51
