Update 5: Infinite Wisdom is here!   10/05/2017

Hey everyone, We’re back with another update that really mixes some stuff up. An entirely new challenging mode, a rebalance of the entire game to go with the rework of the new leveling progression numbers, ability to do the co-op intro online, faster PVP rounds, language translations and more! With the rebalance you’ll find that your fighters are dealing even more damage as they gain experience. All balance changes are retro-active meaning you do not have to worry about starting over or starting new characters in order to experience that – they’re all dynamically applied to what you already have! Feel free to check out what we’ve changed in the list below, and as always – please leave us feedback about anything you find noteworthy. As always, the main Story (although not included in this update) is being developed alongside all these improvements we have been releasing. Check out our blog for the full changelist: http://blog.thebehemoth.com/2017/09/28/update-5-infinite-wisdom-is-here/

      Pit People's Final Touches   11/21/2017

It has been nearly a year since we launched Pit People on early access. This journey has been an incredible experience! We’ve built a better game thanks to all your feedback. So here’s a spicy little situation: We’ve decided that our next big drop will be the FULL version of the game! Yes, it shall be complete! You’ll be able to play through the story and find out what happens for everyone.
As we write this, we’re working on the last of the cinematics for the story campaign! This is the final push towards completing the game, alongside additional story quests and a new world map with bonus missions.
Since there’s so much involved with these last steps (VO, animation, level creation, music licensing, QA testing, etc), we’re not exactly sure when everything will line up for a full release date, but we’re shooting to release within the first few months of 2018.
Thank you again to all of the people who’ve been playing Pit People during early access and to everyone who has been sending us feedback. It has truly been invaluable and we can’t wait to share the conclusion of Pit People with you all!

I forgot to share levels here so here's a level I made a few weeks ago: Spooky Surprises - C9E5-0000-01D4-33EB The gimmick of the level is hitting blocks and turning on and off the lights and when the lights are off there are SpOoKy surprises if you dont wanna play it then you can watch videos of it i guess
  2. Pokken Tournament

Pokken seems fun so far. The phase shifting takes a while to get used to but it's a cool idea. The roster is pretty small but it's understandable since it's more of a competitive fighter and memorizing the moves of each Pokemon is important. The small roster can be somewhat of an annoyance in the single player mode, I've only played up to the Red League so far but it seems that I fight a ton of Gengars, Weaviles, and Pikachus. I assume it's randomized though so I hope others aren't getting as many repeats as me. also the voice acting in this game is top notch
  3. The Amiibro Club

Nope! Every Shovel Knight is missing that. It's strange but pretty nice for in box collectors that still want to play Shovel Knight with the amiibo without buying another one.

2015 was a good year for gaming. It was, for new people. Again, it had a lot of letdowns (or to be fair, games that didn't quite live up to expectations) like Xenoblade Chronicles X, Fallout 4, some say The Witcher 3 (in my opinion it did quite well), Metal Gear Solid V (which had a lot of bad reception from fans of the saga), etc. A lot of highly anticipated AAA games didn't turn out to be as good as they were advertised. And then we had a godlike bunch of great indie games like Undertale, Nuclear Throne, Broforce, Guild of Dungeoneering, LISA (which was completed with its DLC last year), Grow Home (kind of, with support from Ubisoft), Downwell, TBOI Afterbirth, and a long list of other great indie games. It was a good year, but not that good for AAA games, that honestly were which concerned me, and after all of this waiting ended up playing GREAT indie games instead of the great AAA games a lot of us expected. My opinion is entirely subjective, but it's an opinion after all. Not looking to create conflict :^) 2015 definitely had some AAA games that didn't turn out great like: Evolve, The Order 1887, Battlefront 3, and (to some) Fallout 4. Most of those games I mentioned aren't even really bad games just lacking in content or games that didn't meet hyped fan's expectations. 2015 when compared to 2014 was actually way better (in case you forgot what 2014 had: Assassin's Creed Unity, Watch_dogs, Titanfall, (to some) Destiny, and the Sonic Boom games.) I don't think we'll ever have a perfect AAA game year but compared to the AAA games of 2014 I feel like 2015 was an improvement.
  5. The Most Mad You've Ever Gotten At A Game

One day I "accidentally" stepped on my DS because of Yoshi's Island DS. The top of the DS sort of came off and was barely connected by a wire. It survived about a year until one day the top just fell off and I had to buy another DS. Champion's Road from Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze have made me say angry swear words and slam down my Wii U gamepad and cry.

  11. The Obligatory Super Mario Maker Thread
