Update 5: Infinite Wisdom is here!   10/05/2017

Hey everyone, We’re back with another update that really mixes some stuff up. An entirely new challenging mode, a rebalance of the entire game to go with the rework of the new leveling progression numbers, ability to do the co-op intro online, faster PVP rounds, language translations and more! With the rebalance you’ll find that your fighters are dealing even more damage as they gain experience. All balance changes are retro-active meaning you do not have to worry about starting over or starting new characters in order to experience that – they’re all dynamically applied to what you already have! Feel free to check out what we’ve changed in the list below, and as always – please leave us feedback about anything you find noteworthy. As always, the main Story (although not included in this update) is being developed alongside all these improvements we have been releasing. Check out our blog for the full changelist: http://blog.thebehemoth.com/2017/09/28/update-5-infinite-wisdom-is-here/

      Pit People's Final Touches   11/21/2017

It has been nearly a year since we launched Pit People on early access. This journey has been an incredible experience! We’ve built a better game thanks to all your feedback. So here’s a spicy little situation: We’ve decided that our next big drop will be the FULL version of the game! Yes, it shall be complete! You’ll be able to play through the story and find out what happens for everyone.
As we write this, we’re working on the last of the cinematics for the story campaign! This is the final push towards completing the game, alongside additional story quests and a new world map with bonus missions.
Since there’s so much involved with these last steps (VO, animation, level creation, music licensing, QA testing, etc), we’re not exactly sure when everything will line up for a full release date, but we’re shooting to release within the first few months of 2018.
Thank you again to all of the people who’ve been playing Pit People during early access and to everyone who has been sending us feedback. It has truly been invaluable and we can’t wait to share the conclusion of Pit People with you all!

  1. Pokemon Go

Here's the scoop from the looks of it -Pokemon Go is an augmented reality app for Android and iPhone -You go out in the real world and find Pokemon, then battle them and catch them -You can battle other people in real life with your Pokemon that you've caught -You can trade Pokemon with other people in real life -There will be events where you and your community will battle a legendary Pokemon with a time limit and attempt to defeat it -This app comes out in 2016; it'll be free to play, but will have in-app purchases -There will also be a watch-like Bluetooth device called Pokemon Go Plus that interacts with the game in multiple ways, such as alerting you if there is a Pokemon nearby or if something like an event is happening. This low-energy device is optional and was designed to make it so people wouldn't have to stare at their phones constantly in order to be aware of things happening around them. -This is being developed by The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, Nintendo, and a company called Niantic that worked on a similar game called Ingress. Miyamoto himself is involved with it. -This will not interfere with the mainline Pokemon games, but it might tie into them in the future Here's some of what we don't know -What Pokemon will this game start with? (Only Kanto Pokemon appear in this trailer) -What are the in-app purchases? Pokeballs? Potions? Exclusive Pokemon like in the Game Corner? TMs and HMs? -Which Pokemon can you find? How often? Will some Pokemon be exclusive to certain areas? -Will battling work the same way as in Pokemon games with the same attacks, stats, abilities, etc? -Etc Overall I'm very excited, this is every Pokemon fan's dream and they're making it all a reality. It seems too good to be true though, especially after what The Pokemon Company pulled with Pokemon Shuffle Mobile. I eagerly await more details but for now I'm cautiously optimistic about Pokemon Go. What do you guys think? What features do you want to see? Which Pokemon do you want to catch? What will be your type/gimmick when you become your town's gym leader? DISCUSS!!
  2. Hello there again! some people may know me and some do bot, and that's ok. okay, i'll get to the point: I love customizing my iPod (2G) and now I got an android lock system! how epic is that right? pretty cuwl me know. but when I looked into the settings of that tweak I saw that there was a possebility to change the lock apperiance with built-in themes, what came with the download. I love making themes at my own for winterboard and stuff, but I want to go to the next level: customize tweakies With those thoughts I discovered that you can change those dots on the android lock stuff with other... stuff!! So blablabla, what's your point of all this? Good question my friend! I know I know, I suppose I can say that I am a little brighter then you think. Yea I can see that! so you got a new haircut?, it looks grea... oh yea, topic... forgot sorry. where was I? ehm... oh yea, the point! I am asking you guys to come up with 3, yes 3, awesome looking sprites to theme this epic lock system why 3? I'll tell you why: 1: for just the normal looking dot, like a waddle dee just standing, 2: one that is being touched at that moment, like he is... touched, or hurt, like that, 3: one that shows that it is selected, that's where you already touched it and moved over to another, by default it shows green. !!!Requirements!!! Pixel has to contain 2 different sizes: 30x30 pixels and 60x60 pixels. it will be named like: black.png (30x30) and black@x2.png (60x60). that is just one simple requirement right? not that hard I think... Why not doing it myself? good question again! cheez you are on fire today! aw you I make plenty of those but I'll run out of inspiration! so I need you guys to help me with it Why are you guys willing to help me? As reward I will give you the permission to get some chocolate milk (with mini marshmellows!) and let you think: hah, I realy accomplished something today :'). I hope you guys come up with some epic stuff! And I prefer Kirby and BBT!! Because Kirby is awesome to make themes and stuff about and BBT... you know why, else I wouldn't post it here GOOD LUCK!!
  3. So sometimes in class I'll draw little level layouts on the margins of my papers and I was thinking to myself, "Self", I said, "You know what would be awesome?" (no response of course, I don't talk to myself that would be ridiculous) "If there was an app where I could create BBT level layouts on the go so I can have a layout all created and prepared for me to plop into the game when I get home!" You know, I could also save it and it would look neater than on a piece of paper. So basically what I'm asking is if anyone knows if there would be a possibility of The Behemoth making a phone app that was basically the level editor so we can create map's on the go! (of course without the ability to transfer it into our xbox consoles, but transfering it manually ourselves wouldn't be too bad either) The level creator seems really simple and uses a grid so I figured making maps on a phone would be pretty simple too! Would anyone else use a BBT Level creator app? or just me?
