  1. GT: IMPOSSABLANK Playlist Name: The Hat Trials So I've had some time to make a new solo playlist! Okay maybe 3 years was a bit long but look! Levels! This new playlist (for xbox players) is called "The Hat Trials" and took me about a month of mostly active build time to create. I consider it my best playlist. The playlist includes lots of interesting platforming (a lot of hard platforming if you aren't very experienced), a few tricky puzzles, and lots of originality (as far as I know). This is a playlist that I am very proud of and I hope you guys enjoy it. If you like it you could always check out my other playlists, such as my partially rushed solo adventure "Selgnirp" or my featured playlist "Dead Friend". if only they still featured levels ._.
  2. The 7 Deadly Sins level set is a set of progressively difficult platforming levels. The platforming is straight-forward and tends to focus on raw platforming mechanics as opposed to RNG, combat, and the use of tools/weapons. These levels are meant to be played solo, and can be found on the PC version of BattleBlock Theater under the arena community theater, or it's workshop link. Workshop link - Information on the mechanics/blocks used - Can you overcome all 7 sins?
  3. Ladies and gentlemen, after roughly 8 months of toiling and obsessing over my designing, I can proudly present to you all my final playlist, Carnivore Carny. Carnivore Carny is a solo playlist, and it's chock-full of new ideas and puzzles that I'm sure will amaze (and potentially stump) even the most veteran of players. As for the playlist name, I found a newfound appreciation for Raccalopes over the course of this playlist's creation, and as such many of the levels feature them and force the player to interact with them in new and challenging ways. As such, the name Carnivore Carny only seemed fitting. So go ahead, give it a try, and see if you have what it takes to tackle the Carnivore Carny! I can't thank the Behemoth enough for making this awesome game, and the amazing experience I've had from playing it and designing in it, you all are the best. I can't wait to play your future games.
  4. Hey, so I was wondering what the next Furbottom's Feature is going to be. I mean they featured a Coop, then theirs which was Solo and Coop, and now an Arena. I think it is going to be a Solo feature next Friday but I'm not sure. I just wanted to ask if anyone knows what type of feature will be next Friday? Thanks.
  5. Get your harpoons cause we're going hunting, for some zombie narwhals of course. Playlist name: Zombie narwhals Creator: MisterrQuentin Sea if you have what it takes in this playlist with a boatload of new ideas! Check out the level names they're ferry punny. So what are you wading around for? hop on the s.s.friendship and go play it today! (Don't forget your scuba gear)
  6. Hey! I just released "Puzzle Maniac", my third playlist (not counting my first really bad playlist "Adventure PL", please don't play it)! If you think you got the smarts go play it!
  7. Hey, I just published my newest playlist... Flamboyant Fest ...and it is all about enemy weaponry and obstacles. It's about how a bunch of fancy cats come to the theater to see the new extravagant theater plays made just for their arrival and you are the star! If you play it have fun! P.S. The level names are in Latin for the most part.
  8. Hello everyone! I'm here again to bring you my 3rd solo playlist "Suicidal Circus", and I promise you, it won't disappoint! As is the general trend with my levels, this playlist is certainly on the challenging side of the difficulty spectrum, but anyone with an understanding of the game should to be able to manage. When creating this playlist I wanted to take advantage of new traps and puzzles that no one had thought of before, and put them to interesting uses... Unless you're one of the play testers who helped me, I can ensure that you'll be seeing a lot of brand new obstacles! "So go on, take a day off from entertaining the masses of BattleBlock Theater and get a ticket to the most amazing circus to ever visit the island! It's to literally die for!"
  9. Hey! I thank all of you for giving my ideas and suggestions! After deleting a level I was making (twice) I finally came out with one that satisfies me! So! I would like it if I could have 2 puzzle testers to test my puzzle playlist as I come out with more and more puzzles. (The long period of time part) So far I have created one level for my playlist and would like 2-3 testers for that. Comment below if you would like to test it for me! (I will be watching to see how you and others cope the situation differently and how some parts and easier/more difficult than others and what needs to be adjusted and/or removed) I will be updating this post when I post new levels and when the level itself is 100% good to go! The information for each level states how many players I still need to test it (Will post who tested which level and will give them credit for testing), how complete the level is to being completely built, and stating whether it is ready to be launched when the playlist is launched. Thanks guys! Solo Adventure Playlist: Puzzle Maniac Act 1 Stage 1 Classic: Mad Information: Testers still needed - 0/2, Level completion - 100%, Ready to go - Yes Act 1 Stage 2 Classic: Insane Information: Testers still needed - 0/2, Level completion - 100%, Ready to go - Yes Act 1 Stage 3 Classic: Deranged Information: Testers still needed - 0/2, Level completion - 100%, Ready to go - Yes Act 2 Stage 1 Classic: Demented Information: Testers still needed - 2/2, Level completion - 100%, Ready to go - No Act 2 Stage 2 Classic: Crazed Information: Testers still needed - 2/2, Level completion - 100%, Ready to go - No Act 2 Stage 3 Classic: Act 3 Stage 1 Classic: Act 3 Stage 2 Classic: Act 3 Stage 3 Classic: Finale 1 Challenge: Finale 2 Challenge: Encore 1 Challenge: Encore 2 Challenge: Encore 3 Challenge: Secret Level Classic: Playlist Completion - 35.5%
  10. Hey, I am creating this thread because, well...I need some inspiration. For awhile now everything I make I just don't like it and trash it. I have trashed 3 decent levels because, idk. So I would like some ideas (ideas, not pictures or specific layouts or anything just ideas like what certain blocks to use together, level path layout is fine, stuff like that) from you guys and I will work with them to cope something together to make it work...hopefully. Thanks to anyone that posts! P.S. If you give me an idea and I use it and it works nicely and I like it a lot I will mention your name and thank you! (Especially if it gets featured one day, not aiming for it but just saying.)
  11. Post below what playlist (solo, coop, or arena) you would want to be see featured next or possibly very soon! After a few people have casted their vote below I will make a thread containing all the ones for everyone to vote for! (It's ok if you pick your own ) I would say (not out of selfishness) my solo adventure playlist "Road Not Taken" because I spent 4 months creating it, adding every detail I can, adjusting certain obstacles, and replaying many countless times and put good effort into it and would like to see it featured one day
  12. Hello everybody! I would like to share a video of GoldenGhost playing my solo adventure playlist "Road Not Taken"! I asked him to play it and give me feedback and I think he did a great job! I am going to put the video below His name on YouTube is Joybuzzer64, go watch his videos! I would like to thank GoldenGhost aka Joybuzzer64 for taking his time to go play my playlist for me and give me feedback, it helps a lot!
  13. Hey I was wondering... If maybe... Possibly... Someone could... Play my coop adventure playlist Mis Adventures which is currently featured and/or my solo adventure playlist Road Not Taken and record themselves playing it with commentary (and facecam optional) No one has to, it's okay, I just want to get a feel of how other people would play one's playlist and the creator seeing how it is and get a feel of what's good what's bad and what needs changes in the future. So if someone could record themselves playing one or both of my playlist with commentary and facecam optional I would be so thankful and totally in your gratitude, thanks
  14. Hello, I would like to introduce my newest playlist...Road Not Taken! Title: Road Not Taken By: ps3guyguy Difficulty: Advanced Description: As you are released to your 5 minute break from stage playing you find an area just behind the theater where you find a path that splits into two. The path to the left leads to a boat that you imagine yourself sailing off to freedom in and another path to the right which leads downward into the depths of the theater. For some unknown reason you take the right path and descend into the dark, unforgiving part of the abandoned theater... Please support my levels by rating my levels what you think they are worth I would also like to thanks 8Bitten (GT: CMoNeYno23) and Undead Ninya (GT: Undead Ninya) for play-testing my levels for me and giving me back feedback A personal thanks to you guys! And thank you to everyone else out there for reading this and play my new playlist!
  15. Hey I just finished my solo adventure playlist and am going to publish it but I thought I would try and get some testers before I do so, but first thing is first, I don't know how to make it so people can test it, if I publish it you guys can test it but I can't edit it once it is published so the concept confuses me, so yea I need play testers and for someone to explain to me how to make it work, thanks!

  17. Hey everyone! It's me 8Bitten (CMoNeYno23 on Xbox Live) again, here to bring you my second playlist that I've been developing for the past three weeks! Get ready once again for "The Grandporeum"! Head over to the Community Theater and try it out! Disclaimer: It's really difficult. Story: Remember the Grimporeum? Have any happy memories about the Grimporeum? Neither do I. Needless to say though, your performances certainly drew the masses! Over 25,000 patrons flooded your seats, watching with delight as you tempted fate with every buzzsaw-avoiding jump! With all that publicity, Grizzletuft made quite the fortune, all thanks to your efforts of course! With all that cash he's been able to afford, paint, backdrops, and more traps! How great is that? Not very, atleast for you. Remember that tiny slip of paper you signed? NO? Well I do, and Grizzletuft certainly does too! That was a life-binding contract, so it looks like you're scheduled for another show... Yay? So prepare yourself once again for some astounding (albeit smaller scale) performances in Grizzletuft's newly refurbished Grandporeum! Good luck! (And a special thanks to everyone who helped me test it before release!)
  18. Welcome, to BattleBlock Theater, Now showing Caturday Night performed live. Each showing is recorded live and available for purchase in the gift shop. Brought to you by the director of rent stage sensation, MindBender! Unfortunately due to a print shop error there is no official script so all performers will be ad libing. Auditioning new performers now. Over the top fun can be had on Caturday Night so long as you keep your wits about you and look for the pieces to the puzzles. Gamertag: KMKHunter Playlist: Caturday Night Type: Solo Adventure Comments: Any and all thoughts appreciated. Weither its "Awesome playlist" or "This one part is eating my soul"! I can and will take feedback into account when/if any revisions take place. Note: My goal for this set was challanging but not difficult. Each trick has its own quirks which can make them hard or easy depending on how you come at it. I tried really hard to make it fair and to make sure there was no random troll deaths. Also tried to make everything skill based without the need for having insane luck to make it through. No walls of lasers or invisible block "surprise got ya" moments here. (Edit to come later for further details)

  20. Hello there! I am in the making of a Solo Adventure Playlist: Always Alone. When Im finished then be sure to play and rate it! GT: XxBossDestroyerXx(I got a different GT) PlaylistName: AlwaysAlone Mode: Solo Adventure It will be finished soon!
  21. Hey everyone! 8Bitten (CMoNeYno23 on Xbox Live) here to finally bring you the solo playlist I've been developing for six weeks! With a cutscene too! Get ready for "The Grimporeum"! Head over to the Community Theater and try it out! Disclaimer: It's really difficult... It's fair... But it's still difficult. Story: Between your extraordinary public appearances as Battleblock's most notable performer, you decide to take a trek through some of the theater grounds that your cat captors didn't have under such privacy-depriving surveillance. You find yourself in an even smaller theater near the rear of the complex, run by a very small, disgruntled and fuzzy grey cat by the name of Grizzletuft Tabbington. His cheap knock-off theater shrank in comparison to Battleblock, as he not only lacked the gigantic main theater that Battleblock had, but also the brilliantly colored and creative set-pieces they used. Not to mention the severe lack of performers! While you walk about the dilapidated stage, Grizzletuft approaches you with a wondrous proposition! If you perform on his slightly smaller scale stage, he'll let you keep the 5 strawberries available in each scene, plus 2 more if you're quick enough! (Heck, I hear Mama Grizzletuft even left some pieces of pie laying around!) You ponder his offer, looking around at the dull grey scenery of the stage, and finally you shake hands... paws..? I don't know... regardless you accept his offer. Grizzletuft is hopeful that with you in the spotlight he finally has a chance at getting some recognition, and you're just happy to be getting something edible other than Battleblock's butt-salad and doo-doo casserole. So prepare yourself for some astounding (albeit smaller scale) performances in Grizzletuft's Grimporeum! Cutscene:
  22. Like when a friend quits, it asks you if you want to keep playing or quit. With the right weapons, is it possible to do co-op solo?
  23. Playlist Name: The Funhouse v1 Gamertag: Doc Status Playlist Type: Solo Adventure This playlist has been under construction since the day the game was released, and I hope that some of you will enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it. I went back and made changes many times over the course of its creation and I’m finally ready to release it to the public. My goal was to make the levels fair, straightforward, and nice to look at. I tried my best to make things challenging but also fair, as I did not want luck to play a large part in the passing of obstacles. Some Notes: -All levels are possible to beat with A++ on both normal and insane -You do not need weapons/tools to beat any obstacle or get any gem (though they may help) -The encore levels contain just 3 gems each, so make sure not to miss any! I am very eager to hear what the community thinks about my playlist and would love as much feedback as I can get. This is my first attempt at creating something in ANY game so I acknowledge that it may have issues and welcome you to post any criticisms you have with it. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask as I will be checking this topic actively. Thanks all, hope you enjoy!
  24. I'm almost done with my first arena playlist, but before I can finish I need to know whether challenges in a mixed playlist will become solo or co-op. Should I make one for solo play and have it be easier for co-op, or make one for co-op play and have it harder (or not beatable) for solo? Also if I put challenges in my playlist, will the game auto assign the playlist to be co-op and hosts will have to wait for a full room just to start, will it assign solo and the whole playlist can only have two players, or will it allow 2-4 players like any other arena playlist?
  25. First off I am loving some of these playlists you guys have made. The online community is pretty active and it seems like they are rating playlists pretty fairly. The Furbottom's Features have been fun to complete but I wonder what are the criteria for selection minus the obvious (15 stages, obtainable A++ rankings etc). I have 3 playlists uploaded but I only really stand by 2 as the first was a little too difficult and the pacing was off. GT: Mocity Gangsta Solo Playlist: Adventure Time Coop Playlist: Inception I realized I left out the pie in my bonus stage in the "Inception" playlist so that may disqualify me from being featured but my solo playlist is corrected and updated. "Adventure Time" is the same as "Inception" minus the coop parts. Poison bubbles and darts can change the original planned route between some stages but by no means does it break the game. Hopefully people will see what my intentions were as you will get the most out of the stage that way, but as I said above darts and bubbles can get you out of situations where you may feel you are stuck. For example on the stage "Moon Jumper" my intention is to launch you with the hadouken orbs the cats are throwing but you can use darts to make the climb as well. The community seems to enjoy my playlists and I received a few msgs online with some thumbs up. "Inception" is listed as top 3 under top rated for the week. Anyways there's not so much puzzle solving but rather just simple fun platforming. My goal was to make each stage themed to some degree. Admittedly I got kinda lazy towards the end and just reused some stages as my encores but I figured most people will only play until the finale anyways. If you have already played either or both of these I appreciate your ratings and feedback. If you haven't played them please check them out. I promise one out of the nine stages will leave a lasting impression of what can be done in this amazing game.
