The Forgotten Knight

This game is a 2D sidescroller not an RPG. This game was never made with the intention of having "classes". I do agree though that the King does need to have higer healing abilities. His current max is no where near sufficient enough for Insaine mode, especially when enemies deal out 200 points damage per hit.

I had this same issue too. It was in January around the time the Kings Pack DLC first came out, after the 15th I think. I don't know the date of the last title update.

Can you be more specific on the title? More than one Waterflame came up and I couldn't see any that were by dimrain47.

I'm a sucker for the King. However, the Green Knight has a special place in my heart.

I'm outraged that Castle Crashers isn't in the Best Family Game category. Lol...JK. Seriously though CC all the way! For Best Co-Op Game I think Geometry Wars 2 would have a chance to win if it had online play. *Sigh* Worst disappointment ever.

I usually take a weapon that helps the stats that I want my character to be good at. At higher levels I just use whichever weapon takes my fancy. I try to avoid the Golden Sword because I see so many people use it online. I will admit that I am kinda itching to use that Golden Mace though. It's funny though, I lost all of my data and in a month of me playing to get everything back I was able to aquire all the weapons in the game.

On multiple occasions that I have played Desert Chase the guy with the Zebra has been untouchable. Meaning my attacks and characters have no effect because they simply go through him. He then progresses to the end of the level and dissapears as scripted.

Awsome, I'm assuming it's going to be another side scroller. I wonder what kind though. First shooting, then melee, what's left? Anyway it's just an announcement. Castle Crashers only just came out in August. I wonder how long it takes The Behemoth to make a game?

Castle Crashers has been out less than a year. It's quite obvious from the server issues for both the game and this website in the beginning that they were'nt expecting it to be so popular. Halo 3 DLC didn't start coming out until a year after release and it's the number one game on Xbox. If The Behemoth does decide to add a full expansion it's going to take time and especially so since they have to change whatever future plans they had to do it. I would like to see an expansion as much as anyone but realistically if they were to do one it wouldn't be for at least a year and that's if they put aside whatever future project they were going to do.

If I like the game then I will buy, If I don't then I won't. I'm not a big fan on Alien Hominid but I do love Castle Crashers. I was mostly sold on CC after watching a video about a lady complaining the game was racist almost a year before it came out. I tried the demo the day it came out and then bought the game shortly after. Stupid troll, mocking me at the end of the demo.

I don't think it's a good idea. You can't even see the front of the shield anyway.

My guess is that the Dragon is going to do some sort of attack. Hopefully it will be more frequent than Pelters.

I get what you mean but I don't think the Big B saw their target audience as children so maybe that's why they didn't bother too much, or maybe they just forgot that background stuff. An image of the fallen grey knight in the beginning with a flower stuck in his back instead of an arrow just crossed my mind. Not being a parent, I can't say if this game is good or bad for your kids. I know there are plenty of children who play this game online. Maybe their parents aren't paying attention enough to notice the violence and gore or they just don't see anything wrong with it. I was nine when I first watched my dad play Resident Evil on the PlayStation One. The only thing I can say it did was terrify me before I went to bed and raised my awareness of zombies. We've come a long way and I think kids are being more desensitzed to things. My 6 year old cousin plays Gears of War and Halo 3 online and he can hold his own better than you would think. He's been playing videogames since he was three and holding a controller in his hands while watching his brother play at the age of two. So far he hasn't been lead astray and I actually let him play CC when he comes over. Chopping off cartoon heads can't be any worst than chainsawing somone to pieces in my opinion. To each his own I guess but I don't think too many games out there even have the gore on/off feature.

You made that? Awsome, it's what I've been referring to. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would be to make or rearrange the character page into a tree that shows which characters unlock who, making it easier for people to find out quickly.

I guess the first and foremost should be new levels. It's a great game and people want more! I know it's not too creative but the hero knight frame colored black to create a Black Knight would be cool. I also think this game would benefit from female characters. Another lame idea but maybe a Pink Knight. The only other character ideas I can think of would be a Samurai or Chuck Norris, oh that would be hilarious. For animal orbs it would be awsome to see a Bulldog but I also like the pet Cave Slim idea.
