Is there any reason to beat everything on insane mode? Get anything special?

I already made a set of super hard levels that got low stars because I guess people raged, im making a new story now

If I update my playlist, can I upload the playlist with the same name as one I already uploaded? If I make it a solo adventure, can people still play it co-op? I'm not sure if solo means it can only be played single player, or that it can just be beaten with 1 character. How can I make the teleporter teleport to a specific one? Lets say I want to put 3 pairs of teleporters in a level, how can I make it so entering one doesn't randomly send you out another? Or is that impossible?

The only thing I don't like about the game is there isn't any boss battles.

sometimes online people want me to trade my alien hominid head. Obviously I don't, but if I were how would I ever get it back?

I created 3 levels and clicked yes to upload the playlist. Didn't copy my levels because I didn't care about editing them, but I can't even find them online.

I think the star just means special heads. I doubt there's 64. There's a star, castle crasher one, alien hominid, and the chicken. I don't know if you need castle crasher and the alien hominid games to get those heads

Pardon me if this is not a bug, but I noticed that in Battleblock Theater if I exit a level without completing it, the next level unlocks anyway in story mode. The unfinished levels have red checkmarks. Is this on purpose?

speaking of achievements, is the global trader one an achievement that possibly you can never get if you already unlock everything?

no I can't even download the trial. Does anyone else have this problem?

This is one of those games where you need to play with friends. A lot of random players are immature and even if the company did take out a feature which is part of the product its customers they paid for, they'd find another way to be obnoxious and annoying. A better solution would just to have the host only be able to control the movement on the overworld map.
