  1. In what way is the paltry pittance of levels that Behemoth made with the game a "majority"? Just summarily throwing away the entire pool of user arenas and adventures is horrible and callous. Behemoth could have let us save levels locally, so we could keep our favorites and keep enjoying a great game, but instead the majority of the game's value, and all of the community's great work, gets thrown in the garbage. Thousands of levels people added to your game to increase its value. Thousands of hours of work by your community. Everything that was really good in arena mode. Just in the bin, like garbage, because Behemoth couldn't bother to let people save files. What a massive betrayal. You've made some cute games, Behemoth, but this is the kind of knife in the game's back that you don't earn your way back from. I'll always look at Behemoth games suspiciously, because I know you don't care about players or the community, and you'll burn everything down because that's easier than caring.

    That's not how it works. You get the head for completing either feature, not just the one that changed that week. If you already finished one of them previously, you can just do one of its levels again and it counts for re-finishing the set. Now that whatever was wrong is fixed (thanks megan), I got Hooshmand for doing Ampesand #1, as expected.

    Your XBLA features have not been updated in AGES. I'm talking about Steam, where Ampersand is the current solo feature.

    Better Handling Of Custom Playlists, Please?

    Yeah, that's another completely bizarre issue with custom playlists, but I'm talking about other people's customs, not my own.

Given the game being out on PC now and a level design contest, it seems like a good time to ask this: PLEASE let us save customs for offline play, and please let us select and use our saved levels more effectively. Offline play lets us get more enjoyment out of the levels and makes it so we don't lose them if someone gets one deleted or if you stop attending to the servers and the online storage. I don't want my user levels to just go away if that happens, and I don't want to have to always have an account logged in to Live to enjoy them. I don't know how things are on Steam, but I'm sure there are similar desires to save good levels. If you are worried about cheating and modifying levels, then only count leaderboard runs and feature completion when made from the online version of a level (when an account is online, check the saved level against the server copy when the user opens it, or just give us the option of doing leaderboard runs vs regular/offline/practice runs). I know the levels are small, so just make a single save file database and archive the levels there with our ratings (and tags/labels would be nice, too, but more important just to save). Preferably, let us mark levels as just saved or as installed in the arena, so they can come up just by choosing an arena match type, like levels that come with the game. For selecting and managing, please let us save levels from the community search screen, so we don't have to enter the level, exit it, save it, and then get dropped back to the title screen. That's a bizarre and absolutely maddening process. It's baffling that something like that even slipped into the game. Normally, I'd run searches and go grab a bunch of customs to enjoy at my leisure, but your system is just too painful to go through. We need to see more favorites at a time, page down/up through the list, and be able to find levels when we want them. Your favorites system seems to just not be designed to be used, and certainly doesn't help us enjoy our saved levels. The fact that it doesn't even show me my own ratings on the level list alone is crazy. I don't want other people's ratings to override mine, especially since people are required to enter (but not think about) a rating just for trying a playlist. Good customs add tremendously to a game, and you've got a great game to bank on that potential. Please let us enjoy it for the present as well as the long term.
  7. Please describe the prisoner unlocks correctly. According to the dev blog, 50% Off is available for logging in an online area, and will probably only be available until Friday. Buckle Your Pants is for completing the co-op level, and will probably be available until the co-op feature changes (usually every 3rd Friday). Considering I recently missed a prisoner unlock and will have to wait who-knows-how-long to get it because you made it sound like it was a two-for-one feature completion unlock, seeing this mistake again already is pretty annoying.
  8. Quite a bit too late to clarify that, though. Since the announcement said both heads were available for the feature, we thought it was like the last time we got two heads for doing the feature, and we didn't prioritize getting to it soon enough to get Paul, who was actually a different and more temporary unlock than the post said. We don't appreciate missing one of the heads we were looking forward to just because you didn't bother to make the announcement correctly (before the recent edit), but at least now we know the dev blog is the more reliable place to watch for these, and that if you tell us the wrong thing, you won't care or do anything about it, so we need to act promptly in case you post bad info.

  10. In case anyone else is wondering about this, apparently, this feature announcement was a lie and Paul actually had nothing to do with the feature levels. There was some other unlock condition that only worked until they put Boot up, so if you didn't get Paul then, too bad until they release him a third time.
  11. BTW, have you tried going to the feature level by opening it from the community instead of the feature? It depends on how the glitch is happening on the inside, but if it shows up correctly as a regular user level, it's possible you could beat the levels there, then go back to the feature version and re-beat one level you can see to get the unlock. Another thing to try would be to load a different user level and then go back to this one and see if it changed. Depends on whether the game always downloads the level fresh, or it caches it somehow. You'd want to be sure it was getting a clean, fresh copy of the level, since your copy is showing as corrupted somehow.
  12. The post says we get Paul and Gerard, but when my wife and I did the co-op feature, we only got Gerard. Last time the feature said we got two heads, we got them both just fine. What's wrong here?
  13. The May 30th Feature post says Gerard and Paul are the available prisoners this time. My wife and I played through the co-op feature levels and only got Gerard. What's wrong? We really don't want to miss Paul...
