    Sounds like there might have been a hiccup with the cloud saving. Did you happen to try and re-download your save? Or did you start a new game?

    Port numbers to play online

    What message are you getting when you try to create a game? Are you getting an error at all? For now, go ahead and check your NAT type and make sure that your UPnP settings are open. I have linked our guide below to help with this. Please let me know if you are able to create a game.

    Hi, Go ahead and try the suggestions below. First, please attempt a to power cycle your modem/router. To do this please follow the steps below. 1 . Switch off and unplug the power from your modem/router. 2. Leave both unplugged for 30 seconds. 3. Plug the power back into the modem/router and verify that you are again connected to the Internet. 4.Once you have internet go ahead and boot the game and verify if this has fixed the issue. If this does not fix the issue we have a workaround that should fix this lobby issue. 1. Disconnect for your online session and go into single player mode. 2. Make a bit of progress on a character that you have not gone through story mode with. 3. After a couple of levels save the game and attempt to connect online with your online. If you are still unable to clear up this issue please submit a ticket through our support site and we will troubleshoot the issue with you:

    Error opening the game in Steam

    Hello! Are you still getting this error? This error can be caused by a couple of things. You might want to try reinstalling the game first and see if that fixes the issue. If the game is still giving you same error please make sure that your Windows is fully updated and that your graphics card is completely up to date as well. Restart your computer and try to relaunch the game. ------------- ¡Hola! ¿Sigues recibiendo este error? Este error puede ser causado por un par de cosas.     Bug in quest "The Botanikill Gardens"

    Hi, The troll mother that you walked up to the gate with did they pick up the key or have the key on them? If one of your other fighters had the key it should have dropped and you would have had to pick the key up again. Please let me know if this was not the issue.

    Our game uses the Windows default audio device to output audio so please make sure that your sound device(Headset, speakers) is set as your default playback device. You can do this by right-clicking the audio icon on your windows bar and selecting Playback Devices. If your audio is still not working please let me know.
  19. Does this only occur when you host the game? Or does it occur no matter who hosts the game? For the moment go ahead and take a look at Steams troubleshooting Network Connectivity guide that I have linked below. It has a couple of solutions that usually help solve this issue with connecting online with other users. Go ahead and give the solutions a try. Let me know if you are still having this issue after looking at the solutions.

    When you boot the game do you start the game with the Ps4 controller or the keyboard? The game will make the first device you start the game with the first player.

    Just to clarify, are you seeing the controller as player 2? You aren't seeing two extra players?

    Alien Hominid Now Wont Play 2 Players

    Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Signing into a backwards compatible game for the Xbox One can be a little different than signing into a normal Xbox One title. Since Alien Hominid is a backwards compatible title please make sure the first time you start the game on your Xbox One, that you sign in and download your Xbox 360 profile. Please make sure that both users are signed into the Xbox One before booting the game. If you sign in after the booting the game the 360 UI will prompt you to sign in again. Please let me know if you are able to log in a second player after giving this a try.

    Hi! Sorry to hear this is happening to you! First, make sure that your graphics and audio drivers are updated to the latest release. This is a very important step that benefits not just Pit People, but all of your games and apps. You may need to visit your motherboard manufacturer's website to get the current sound driver. Next, please send me a dxdiag from your PC so I can take a closer look at your PC specs for any underlying issues. You can generate a dxdiag by typing "dxdiag" in your windows search bar and running that program. After it has finished gathering all the information, press the "save all information" button and save that .txt file to a location of your choice. Attach that file to your reply in this thread. You can copy and paste it here or if you would like you can submit a ticket with you dxdiag attached here.
