  2. We’re hosting another Halloween Contest this year (our 9th annual!!) and we’re looking forward to seeing what you come up with! To enter our contest just post a photo of your Behemoth related costumes or decorations in this thread (reply below). Behemoth related games include BattleBlock Theater, Castle Crashers, Alien Hominid, Alien Hominid PDA Games, Super Soviet Missile Mastar, or Dad ‘N Me. You could even do characters based on our current game in development, Pit People! This thread will be locked on November 2nd at 5PM PDT, so be sure to get your entries in before we close the contest. We will review the entries and on November 4th we’ll select three winners for each category: (1) Costumes; (2) Decorations. That means we’re giving out 6 prize packages! As always, judging will be based on creativity, originality, and hilarity or ability to inspire fear. Prize packages will include a Pit People Fighter tee and commemorative Behemoth pin (available only at PAX shows we exhibit at), plus your choice of Alien Hominid HD, Castle Crashers, or BattleBlock Theater game code (if you already own all three games, then you can give it to a friend!). Rules: Group entries are allowed! (Note: One prize per winning entry is awarded) Your entry must be your own creation (or your group’s, parent’s, family’s). Only new costumes and decoration entries will be accepted (entries that were submitted in previous years will not be eligible). Cosplay images are acceptable as long as they weren’t entered in a previous contest. Decorations can include pumpkin carvings, special treats, or other decorations in or outside of your abode. You may enter more than once. Need ideas?? Check out all the exemplary entries from the winners of our last Halloween contest HERE!

  7. Hey guys! I'm looking for a gif of the fat kid dancing from that part in 1-4 where he's being picked on by the FBI then you kill those guys and the kid starts dancing. Do you guys know where a gif of that is? Or how I can make one. Or even can someone make one for me? Thanks! I honestly think the dance he does goes perfect with spooky scary skeletons.

  9. Even the word “hopeless” has the word “hope” in it. And if you rearrange the letters it spells “peeslosh!” – BattleBlock Theater Narrator As we first mentioned in our Twitch stream with The Creatures, we want you to send us your “Peeslosh” moments in BattleBlock Theater (or any game made by The Behemoth) so we can feature it in a future Twitch stream! Send about 15-60 seconds of video with your game-play and feel free to add commentary. If we like it, we’ll show it on a future Twitch stream and give you a shout out. Email your clip to games[at]thebehemoth[dot]com or post them in the comments below if you feel comfortable sharing it publicly. If you didn’t catch our silly explanation of “Peeslosh” Moments in our last Twitch stream then you can check it out now: Happy playing! Looking forward to seeing your videos!
  10. This could apply with any Behemoth game, but I would like it the most if it happened with Castle Crashers. So I was cleaning out my closet the other day, and I came across a book called "The Art of Halo". It basically shows a behind the scenes look into the art of Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. I was wondering if this would ever happen with a Behemoth game, out of curiosity. Or, better yet, a book giving us a behind the scenes look at the game development of all three games out currently. Would anyone else like to see this?
  11. (There isn't a playlist promo topic for BBT Steam yet, so I thought it might.... maybe go here?) Playlist Name: PDA Games Co-op Author: Henryo To celebrate the ten year anniversary of Alien Hominid's first console release, I recreated the first fifteen PDA Games levels (Gamecube version) and brought them to BattleBlock Theater! Reconstructed as accurately as possible, these levels should provide all of the frustration and fun that PDA Games once did. Here's a link to the Steam Workshop page: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=265878024 Enjoy!
  12. Hatty's Death Some people have been saying that Hatty died because he didn't move and stuff. There are also reasons that prove otherwise; - When they threw him out, he was sinking. Dead bodies float, and live bodies sink; so he was still pretty much alive. - When "Buckle your pants" started, the narrator was talking about how Hatty was a vegetable, and was blabbering on about a potato. This could refer to the fact that Hatty is in a vegetative state where he is pretty much a tomato, but still alive. When you're in a vegetative state, you have no feeling. This could be why Hatty didn't care if his friends were respawning and drowning in a pool of 4-feet water. - If the narrator's prediction that the hat is haunted by its previous owners is correct, then the previous owners would've controlled Hatty, possibly to a state where Hatty has no control of his body. Alien Hominid When Hatty's hat shot a giant laser up, in one scene the Alien from Alien Hominid got blown out of his ship. This could result in the beginning of Alien Homind BUT: In the intro of the game the alien was still in his ship and was messing with the controls then crashed while in BBT he flew out of the ship.

  15. I bought the game Alien Hominid Game about 2 hours ago. I played it for 5 minutes to check it out and it worked fine. After that I played Battleblock where I found an invisible player, either he's a hacker or a glitch in the trading booth. Soon after, I went back on Hominid and the game doesn't work! The main menu is blank and if I click the large X button on the control it comes on for a second. Anyone know what happened?
