  1. If you guys put castle crashers on steam you can try it with alien hominid. I know this game is a little bit older but you can try. And maybe it is going to be popular. All the games you make can be put on steam and console of course. But can you put evry games of you on the PC and the consoles?
  2. hi Many times before ive seen companies release games, you can buy on their store(in this case Steam) on PC and they will only work, if you link your account to Xbox or PS4, is it the same with Castle crashers remastered? Or can i buy the game on steam and actually play on PC. Ive brought this question up because most gameplays of PC show Xbox or PlayStation controlls, so i was unsure to buy the game on steam, since i wanted to play on PC with my friends and i dont own a Xbox nor a Ps4
  4. By now you’ve probably heard the great news that Pit People is launching January 13, 2017 on Early Access. (Wishlist it if you haven’t done so already!) For those who played the Closed Beta on Steam, we’ve got an extra slice of good news for you: You’ve got a 99.99% chance of bringing your Steam save data over to the Early Access version of Pit People! (Those odds are as good as the 99.99% on a bottle of Purell! The sanitizing strength of Purell is nearly unparalleled, order today on Amazon, and don’t forget to set it to recurring every 4 months order!!! #passthePURELL) In October, we asked all Beta Testers on Steam to select Pit People in the Steam Library and choose “Delete Local Content” to avoid issues when the game comes out. This removed the build from players’ PCs, but that delicious, glorious, and hard-earned save data should be waiting for you in the Steam Cloud. (The Steam Cloud is powered by Santa Claus.) If a Steam Beta Tester removed data from the Cloud, however, then it might be lost like tears in the rain (Blade Runner reference, order Blade Runner today on Amazon). Note: Closed Beta Save Data will be transferable to the Early Access version of Pit People on Steam only. In approximately 2.84 weeks when Early Access launches on Steam, Closed Beta Testers who purchase Pit People will have their chance to pick up where they left off — or, simply choose another save slot if you wish to start fresh. (Amazon Fresh.) Until then, snap into a Snickers!
  5. After two very helpful closed betas in September and October, we continued development on Pit People with tons of feedback from the gaming community. It was the first time we had a closed beta for two platforms in the same year! Now, we’re going for our next milestone, which is having our first game ever in Xbox One Game Preview AND Steam Early Access starting January 13, 2017. Pit People will be the first time we do early access and it’ll be the first time we release a digital title on two separate platforms in the same year! After implementing our changes post-beta, holding onto the game in its current state just feels weird. The core gameplay is complete and we’ll be adding content until the full version is released. We feel that Pit People is at a point where we’ll confidently say there’s more than enough fun, content, variety, value and play-time to keep someone happy. We won’t sell something unless it meets these standards, so it definitely seems like it is time! This will also be a good opportunity to monitor the balance in the game and continue getting feedback from the gaming community as we finish up! Feel free to come along with us on this trip (when you dip I dip we dip). Read up on what will be in the Early Access experience and the discount you can get: Pit People Early Access (Full Post)
  6. My friend invited me to play a multiplayer game on Castle crashers over on steam, but each time i try and join it, I Get the error "The game you are trying to join no longer exists." After 2 invites, I tried creating a game, but apparently, i can't... It tells me "failed to create game" without any other information. The problem obviously comes from my side, but I don't know whether it is a firewall problem or a steam problem... We played several multiplayers before, so I don't know what triggered the error this time..
  7. It's that time of year again. June 23rd is the start of the end of our wallets. Strangely, I cannot find any 2016 videos at this time, so here are these. Quite honestly, I don't think this will be a great sale unless they bring back the dailies, flashes, and communities. Lord Gaben shalt not take much of my wallet this time.
  8. I was originally a console gamer a year ago and just recently I've really gotten into steam. I used to only use it for TF2 on occasion but since I picked up BBT and CC in the Steam summer sale I've been hooked. Here's the thing - other games just don't run well on my laptop. I need a new rig. I've got no monies ( ) so I this is kind of a long term plan. I'm thinking about getting a job so I can save up on getting one, but before I do that I really need to just find out how much I'm going to spend and how it's going to work. All I know right now is this - 4GB of RAM is minimal, 1TB hard drive is recommended, and that Desktops are better then laptops. I also have got a list of all the parts I need: CPU RAM Graphics Card Hard Drive DVD drive Power supply Computer Case So, now what? I'm sure building the PC isn't going to be to much of a problem, I just need to know the parts I need. I'm hoping for around $500 dollars but I'm willing to go for a stretch of $1000. This is a longterm plan and I don't need a new rig now. (Also I don't think a DVD drive is needed as barely any games are physical copies for PC nowadays.) The only preferred specs I would want is 8GB of RAM and at least 1TB hard drive. I'm no computer expert really so I'm not sure about everything else. That's why I'm here. Oh teach me great members of The Behemoth, teach me the ways of the PC master race. NOTE: The thread title was a mistake. Supposed to be: Building A Gaming Rig (Help?)
  9. I need it. I know it runs SteamOS. I know it has low specs. I just need it. In all seriousness, if I could stream it to the TV and play using the controller it'd be dang brilliant. It'd also be cool if I could use it and my friend could use the steam controller.
  10. Talk about the Steam Hardware here and discuss your opinions on how the controller feels/How well the Steam Link streams and whether it is worth the price that you are paying. If anyone has a Steam controller and pre-ordered with the first batch please post your opinion because I have been wondering whether to purchase one and it would be great to hear your opinion.
  11. What games do you think are funny? Are they funny on purpose or by accident? I for one am quite shocked that "War of Beach" got onto Steam. It ripped the coding from the mobile game "Boom Beach," made the music and graphics worse, then released it. But at the same time it's hilarious. I made the only review on steam that I'm actually proud of:
  12. I think that if there was a steam workshop for CCR then there wouldn't be a constant stream of fans working your shafts trying to get the DLC they so desire. With the Steam Workshop they'd be able to make their own custom characters and DLC themselves, and this way you won't have to worry about anyone being dissappointed because they'll have everything exactly how they want it! People could add their own gamemodes, characters, weapons, pets, levels, you name it. Heck, they could even create their own stories that can be played from an alternate menu or something. I'm willing to bet my life savings that you don't even have half as much fan demand for BattleBlock Theater simply because players can already create their own content. Just do it for Castle Crashers and then you'll have little to no fan demand anymore. Just entertain the thought at least and if this is legitimately impossible for you then please provide any lamentations in the comments so that I can at least understand why you can't do it. Just anything that lets me know you actually considered this.
  13. Welp, I don't got a full list, but a lot of things are different in CCR for steam. Barbarian is the same. All arrow knights are the same. Weapon stats are in-game now! Necromancer is the same. Blacksmith is the same. Fencer/Indy are the same. Anything else? Something I'd like to note is the new FPS is disorienting and hard to adjust to. New snakey staff look: I've got a guide going over all the changes, as well as some pictures of said changes:
  14. I play castle crashers often at my friends' house, but I do not have an XBOX or a PS3. I am going to get it for steam, and most people say that the keyboard controls are bad, but how bad are they, and is it worth it to buy a wired XBOX 360 controller for my PC for 10$? can I use the controller for anything else?
  15. Well everyone, there's only about a month left of school for most of us. Summer is approaching. That also means our lord and savior Gaben has a sale ready for us to give away our entire wallets on. While we do not yet have a date for our wallet's suffering, we do know it is almost time. Prepare your wallets ladies and gents, or you will regret it later. Also, remember to wait for dailies, community sales, or flash sales. Otherwise, you will facepalm so hard later on.
  16. Start playing here: What do you get when you cross an adventure-y co-op level and a good old fashion ball game? This playlist! Okay, so that joke wasn't all that good. (Wasn't even a joke, really.) But this adventure competition makes you want to destroy your friend so hard that... Wait, you have to WORK TOGETHER?!?! Yep, you heard it right, in Puzzle Ball you're thrown through mind binding challenges and one descision that you have to make: Work with your friend, or take the prize for your self. Most of these challenging levels won't let you just take the ball and go in for the slam dunk. First, you might need to "Set Up" the match by solving a few puzzles. Oh, and keep a look out for strawberries! They're hidden in a few levels and a fun little present if you happen to do an act of friendship for your enemy. So, what are you waiting for? Go out there and and kill your friend... and then help him... and then beat him... or lose- It's up to you! NOTE: About 90% of these levels don't work very well with bots. The "fake blocks" sort of mess with their AI. Here's some gameplay footage of the first level:
  17. The new update has been released making ti so Mac can now download and play the game enjoy!
  18. Codenamed “Game 4,” our in-development game has some new additions since you last saw it on our Raptr Extra Life Charity Stream or since you first saw it at PAX Prime in our first live stream demo of Game 4. We’ve shown you the House with the collection of hairstyles, helmets, and heavy weaponry available for your human heroes. Now we’ve put out a new line of accessories in Game 4! Today, we’ll just give you a taste of what’s to come by showing off one of our units: Cupcakes. If looks could kill, these Cupcakes would be the deadliest unit on the field! (All customizable items are subject to change. Our game is still in development, so we can’t guarantee all choices will make the final cut! Fashion trends are always evolving!) Now you can distinguish your healer by dressing it with a delectable frosting flavor or donning it with a distinctive topping. Here’s Hushpuppy sporting the hottest new trends for the post-apocalyptic galactic tragedy, lemon meringue! (Bonus! Look for the deep sadness in his eyes) The catapult connected to this classy Cupcake is not only chic, it’s practical too. Or maybe that’s impractical? No practical, definitely practical. Up next we have Gluten in the classic vanilla with waffle top look. There’s always a chance Cupcakes won’t heal their target, but that’s ok, because once that scrumptious batter is on the floor then it’s fair game to be picked up by anyone. Finally, Percy here is staying cozy in a raspberry swirl with a fern on top. You work it, Percy! Just like any other accessory in Game 4, these Cupcake specific items could pop up for purchase in the Market (if you already have a cupcake in your team), they could be potentially acquired through loot & rewards, or you could always Recruit a Cupcake in battle if they have the desired gear on their being. Speaking of Recruiting, we’ve alluded to this ability in the game but we haven’t had a chance to show it to you yet. Don’t you worry, my darlings; you’ll be able to see the simplicity of Recruiting in action when we bring Game 4 to PAX East this March! Until then, come back to the blog soon because we’ll be revealing another creatures’ collection of customizables. FASHION SHOW #2! TL;DR *Cupcakes and other creatures are customizable with different loot you find! *More customized character reveals to come!!!!!!!

  24. Just yesterday as I was checking steam I was looking through my games but I couldn't see any trace of Battle Block Theater, I looked in my recent transactions and it said i never purchased BBT, I looked at the store page and it said i never got it so i couldn't just get it again and i've looked all over the internet but it says nothing Please Behemoth can you get a solution to this?
  25. Recently I was browsing the BBT Discussions and someone posted a profile. He had one of the coolest heads around, the Alien Head...We all wondered how he got it and so someone said that we should ask him...So within the next few minutes, I add him, he denies and makes his profile private!...
