    Does anyone know where to find the hidden bosses in campaign? We managed to find him in insane co op — chapter 8, but we can't find him in solo or even normal co op. And he's impossible to beat in insane because you get kicked out of the entire level and you have to go make your way through the level again. I want to beat him to see what happens, but we can't find him anywhere except for insane co op. I assumed since the boss was in chapter 8 that he would also be in chapter 8, normal co op too, but he's not there. ALSO, if you know what happens, please don't spoil it. I just want to know where he is in the other campaign modes. EDIT:
