I just finished the insane story after completing normal on solo. I haven't received any achievements. When I was on solo, I got the one for getting a letter grade for every finale on solo normal. But that's it. No silver trophy, no gold trophy and no achievements Can anyone help? -
I don't know why I'm only now posting this but for some reason my golden trophy from completing insane mode solo has disappeared and I can't show it on my character anymore. Here's proof http://puu.sh/eiJhR/dcad2d4748.jpg

There was this guy on BBT who had a trophy coloured blue. I can only assume this was hacked seeing as how I've never seen anyone before him/her who had any trophy besides gold or silver. He left almost as soon as he joined so I didn't get any pics. EDIT: Case closed, please lock this.
