Do anyone know where all the hats are?

I finished the game today (Whoooo!) and I'm trying to get the Mad Hatter achievement, but I don't think blowing up all the buildings in the game will give me hats.

So if anyone has a list of hats and how to get them, that'd be awesome (Because there's alot of really lame walkthroughs for this game and I dunno why).
