Revon 211 Report post Posted July 14, 2013 (edited) Okay, let me know if this topic is a stupid idea or not, but I decided to create this topic to be separate from the Super Smash Bros. 4/WiiU topic for the focus of possible or fan-made movesets of characters we'd like to see in the series. Mods, you can lock if you think this is a pointless topic. ------------------- Characters: Deoxys: Ground Attacks: Normal Attacks: Neutral: Whips tentacle forward (3%), follows up witha second tentacle whip (2%), and follows into infinite alternating (1-2%) eachhit. Side Tilt: Uses both/all tentacles to strike once, similar to a grabbing motion. (9%) Up Tilt: Uses tentacles to push body upward, kickingwith both legs at once. (5-10% depending on where it hits) Down Tilt: Slams tentacles downward on both ends.(10%) Dash: Rams opponent(s) with chest. (7%) Smash Attacks: Side: Up: Down:Spins around, swinging tentacles out. (14-20%) Recovery: Ledge: FullLedge: Floor: Aerial Attacks: Neutral:Extends tentacles and legs out (like a star), striking in every direction.(12%) Forward: Back: Up: Down: Throw: Attack:Drains opponent’s energy with tentacles. (3%) Forward: Back: Up: Down:Slams into the ground with tentacles. (12%) Special Moves: Neutral:Hyper Beam – Builds up over time like R.O.B.’s Robo Beam and takes time torecharge after use. Must be charged for at least 20 seconds. Heavy knockbackthe closer the opponent is to Deoxys when fired. (20%) Side:Zen Headbutt – Dashes a small distance forward and headbutts opponent(s). Thecloser to the tip of Deoxys’s head is the most lethal. (9-13%) Up:Teleport – Teleports upward instantly. Down:Form Change – Changes forms. (Base>Attack>Defense>Speed>Base) Final Smash: Psycho Boost: Deoxys jumps into the background (likeLucario), charging a large ball of energy. The ball’s size and damage dependson how quickly the player mashes the normal attack button. It can be aimed withthe joystick. Once fired, it immediately bursts on impact into a massiveexplosion, causing high damage/knockback to anyone caught in the blast radius. The closer to the center of the blast an opponent is, the more damage/knockbackthey receive. Form Stats: Base Form: x1.0 DMG x1.0 Knockback Speed similar to Mewtwo Attack Form: x1.2DMG x1.2Knockback Speed similar to Mewtwo Defense Form: x0.8DMG x0.8Knockback Speed similar to Gannondorf Speed Form: x0.8DMG x1.0Knockback Speed similar to Captain Falcon ------------------- I plan to update this more and add more characters such as Little Mac or Isaac. Feel free to leave input, suggest moves, or create your own entire movesets. Edited July 14, 2013 by Revon
