De synchronization glitch

I bought castle crashers on my ps4 and whenever me and my friend try to play online it is like we sre playing in two different worlds and his inputs still affect my screen and if he loads in a level, I don’t load in with him and whenever he oresses triangle or so, it says the player stats on my screen and recently my other friend bought the game and they are playing the game perfectly but my internet is always completely fine and I am always on 4 bars, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and other things like that, someone please help i am just trying to play with my friends
