after starting my millionth game on crystal and procuring a ds from my cousin, I feel it is time for me to buy Black/White.

Anyone hear about "Black Man Love Pokemon"

Pokabu seems like the coolest starter out of all of them. As for the entire fifth generation pokemon, 50 percent are awesome(#623), and the other 50 percent are what I would assume are highdeas(#583). Another thing, all of their names are terrible(#558 should be "Crabcakes"), unless they plan on making English versions which is not likely.

This is why Generation 1 kicks booty. We had Awesome pokemon, with delicious wordplay to perfectly describe them (#7 - 9)

Well, I didn't like those two games too much. I would suggest buying Black or White when they're released. If you don't end up liking that game then it's safe to say Pokemon is not for you.

Only in Japan my friend. So this should be out in time for me to get a 3DS? Well, here are my names for the staters:

Fire: Teh Pig

Grass: Smugleaf (Duh)

Water: Otto

IMHO the water starters have always been the best looking (Squirtle, Mudkip, Totadile, Piplup) but Pokabu(?) is hideous. But i'm torn between the adorable Pig and the cool-as-a-cucumber snake.

Yeah. As long as you get a wi-fi connection from somewhere, you should be fine
